● Custom sign production based on client requests.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

● Ensure property access for timely installation, repair, or removal.

● Obtain any necessary permissions or approvals for sign placement.

● Adhere to local regulations regarding sign usage and placement.

Payments & Fees

Payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payments.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

All sales of custom signs are final and non-refundable unless defective upon delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the nature of the service.

No refunds will be given for services already performed.

Liability & Damages

Swift Sign is not responsible for damage to signs due to weather, vandalism, or unauthorized removal. We take care in handling your property, but we are not liable for damages incurred due to pre-existing conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Clients assume responsibility for maintaining installed signs and ensuring they comply with local

laws.

Intellectual Property

Any custom sign designs created by Swift Sign remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute our designs without prior consent.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if a client violates these Terms. We may discontinue services due to non-payment or inappropriate conduct.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
