What is the time frame for residential sign installations and retrievals?

If an order is placed by 5:00 PM, it will be completed within 48 hours.

Do you offer installations or retrievals on the weekends?

Yes, we are open for business on Saturdays and Sunday afternoons. Sundays are only for Open House Sign Removals

How will I know when my sign has been installed?

You will receive a text with a photo confirmation of the installation.

What if there is another Broker's sign in the yard?

Swift Sign will not remove another Broker's sign. We will contact you for further instructions.

How will you know where to place the sign?

You can provide a clear description in the notes section and/or place a flag to be placed in the exact spot.

My listing is in a gated community, will you still install?

Yes, but it's the agent's responsibility to check with the HOA regarding sign restrictions and placement.

After installation, my sign was damaged.

We cannot be responsible for signs after installation confirmation. A trip charge will ensure a replacement installation.

Will you store my signs?

Yes, we offer storage for a minimal monthly fee.

I have a listing in another county, how far will you go?

We cover a 25-mile radius in NWA. For installations outside this zone, a travel fee of $0.90/mile is charged.
